Roomba Build Quality

Both models are made by the same iRobot manufacturer. The overall size for the 614 and 890 are also the same. It is worth noting here that the 890 does weigh nearly a pound more, but this should not cause you issues while operating.

iRobot has placed the side vents of each model in different areas along the edge, but they appear to be of similar size and work identically. Exterior control buttons located along the top surface of each model function similarly, but they do have different symbols to indicate functions.
